Shipping & Returns Policy
Shipping & Delivery
We aim to get every order to you quickly and safely. Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-7 business days across the UK, depending on your location and the delivery option chosen at checkout.
- Processing time: 1-2 business days before your order is dispatched.
- Delivery time: typically 3-7 business days once dispatched.
- Tracking: you will receive a tracking link by email/SMS as soon as your order ships.
- Delivery areas: we currently deliver across the UK. If you are ordering from outside the UK, please contact us before placing your order.
Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by courier delays, weather or high-demand periods such as sales and holidays. If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact our support team and we will look into it straight away.
Returns & Refunds
Not happy with your order? You can return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
- Eligibility: items must be unused, unworn and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- How to start a return: contact our support team with your order number and reason for return, and we will guide you through the next steps.
- Refunds: once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Return shipping: unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
- Faulty or incorrect items: if you receive a damaged, faulty or wrong item, let us know within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Some items (such as underwear, swimwear, perfumes that have been opened, and personalised or made-to-order products) cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, except where faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
